9-10 AM

We will be featuring four Midwest filmmakers working on 4 very different but exciting projects representing fiction, documentary, reality and commercial work.

Every breakout session will have a 15 minute break in between for a chance for networking and restroom break. Each breakout session will have two separate breakout options:

Breakout 1A - How to take your work to the next level - Come hear from an industry leading cinematographer, sound mixer, visual effects artist and editor.

PitCH competition

4:15 - 5:30 PM

All attendees will have the opportunity to submit pitches before the conference. These pitches can be reality, documentary, series or fiction features. 5 pitches will be chosen. Each project will have 3 minutes to pitch and 7 minutes of Q&A from our industry panel. Winners receive All Access Pass to St. Louis International Film Festival, 1 year of office space and mentorship at Ch. 9 as well as other perks. If the producers on the panel are interested, they will have the opportunity to set up follow up meetings with projects.
